
When in 1961 the Italian cook Giuseppe Mandallo opened the first 135° restaurant, he had a revolutionary concept in mind: combining the fresh seafood straight out of the ocean with the tender meat from the land. To help him reunite those two worlds, he needed the help of his family: his two brothers, Lorenzo and Alessandro Mandallo were seafood passionates while he excelled in red meats.
All of this was made possible thanks to the help of his wife Maria who had a restaurant willed to her by her dad. She took care of redesigning all of it to please clients with a beautiful marriage between sea and land theme.
